Memorable Case Victories:

  • Successfully litigated, whereby the Court vacated an emergency order of protection against his client at Mr. Albarran's request. This secured his client's liberty. The Court then awarded Mr. Albarran's client custody of his six-year old son after the mother falsely accused the father of assault and battery while denying the father any and all contact with his son. Through successful and aggressive litigation the father was re-united with his six-year old son and now has sole parenting time and decision making authority regarding his son.
  • Successfully defended a young lady who was falsely accused of domestic battery by her ex-lover. Destroyed the credibility of the complaining witness, and exposed the lies, through aggressive and strategic cross-examination. The presiding Judge found that the witness was not credible. The false charges were all dismissed.
